Custom Commission

There are instances where an affiliate has negotiated a different rate of commission to the standard rate of commission for a goal. It is easy to apply this new rate for your affiliate simpy:

1. Log into your merchant account
2. Under ‘Your Affiliates’ select the affiliate you would like to customise commission for.
3. In the Affiliates Profile you should see the tab ‘Commission Rates’.
4. Next to the Goal check the box ‘Custom’ this will make the rates editable.
5. Once the rates are correct simply click ‘Save Changes’.

 To return an affiliate to standard rate simply uncheck the ‘Custom’ box at any time and click ‘Save Changes’.
