Declining Commission

There may be instances that you do not wish to honour the commission earnt for a goal. The reasons for this can be:

• The goal has not met the criteria
  
• Customer returns goods or receives refund
• Suspicion of commission fraud

To decline the goal enter the goal's Goal Detail page then check the 'Decline' check box and enter the reason the goal has been declined. The reason you use should provide any advice appropriate to the affiliate in reducing the number of declined goals.

Please note: The percentage of goals you decline is a statistic affiliates use when assessing you affiliate program.
