Cookie Date

The Cookie Date is the date and time of the last cookie to be set on the visitors machine and therefore used to determine the goal.

Cookies have a lifetime called the Cookie Length this means that a visitor introduced to your site by an affiliate can still earn the affiliate commission on subsequent visits within the Cookie Length. The default Cookie Length is 30 days.
