Missing Commission

If you suspect that commission hasn't been tracked please do the following:

  1. Check the clicks report to see if the click has been tracked.
    • If the click isn't in the report double check that the tracking links you are using are correct and appear in your click reports when tested.
  2. If the click has been tracked please e-mail support with the Click ID. We will then investigate the commission on your behalf.
  3. If the goal is found correlating to the click the goal commission will be instated to your account.
