If you have noticed a drop in the number of clicks on your Click Reports this is due to a number of rather agressive bots unknown to our filters last week. The clicks generated from these bots can skew your stats and have therefore been removed.
Tracking has been unaffected by this.
How our filter works
Our Click Filter stop bots such as search spiders from being included on merchant and affiliate reports. The filter updates itself with the latest information we have on the bots and therefore is not usually cause an issue.
The bots themselves are unaffected by this and continue to be redirected to the merchants website.
Clicks I make are not shown in reports
If you can not see clicks you make to Aflite merchants in your reports please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
I see unexpected clicks in my reports
If you spot any anomalies in your 'Click Report' or any part of your account please contact us for assistance. We will investigate and make any adjustments necessary.
